Returns and Refunds

Wizard of Words will not grant a refund or replace a printed product unless

  • 1. the product was misprinted
  • 2. the product was damaged (excluding damages during delivery)
  • 3. the product does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., the printed image is incorrect or placed incorrectly, the product is the wrong size, color, or type, etc.).

 

For further clarification, Wizard of Words will not grant a refund or replace a printed product solely because

  • 1. it was unsatisfactory for any reason (excluding the matching of the provided fulfillment information)
  • 2. the shipping provider did not complete delivery/the delivery was late

In such cases, you must place a new order, or the recipient of the individual order must attempt to resolve the delivery dispute with the shipping provider.

 

Wizard of Words has the sole discretion to grant a refund (including the refund method) or replace a printed product.

In order to request a refund or replacement, you must send a photograph and brief explanation of the problem to Wizard of Words..

Note:

1. You can initiate a Refund or Replacement by emailing us at support@wizofwords.com. You can also use the form on the Contact Us page

2. The request email has to be sent within 30 days of delivery.

3. We will revert back to you on your request for refund or replacement within 24-48 hrs (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Prior to processing a Refund or providing a Replacement, the product (in new-like unused condition) will have to be mailed(at your own cost) to our printing partner Spreadshirt's Greensburg, PA factory in USA. The full return to sender address will be printed on the package you receive.

4. If we agree to provide a replacement, you do not have to pay any additional shipping charges for the replacement product. 

5. If we agree to provide a refund, the refund can only be sent to the original payment method.
